The global superstar, fresh off her 56th birthday celebrations, took the stage at PGE Narodowy stadium as part of her much-anticipated Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour — her first tour in six years. As she thanked fans mid-performance, her shimmering gold skirt suddenly gave way and dropped to the stage floor, much to the surprise and delight of the audience.
